Common questions
My download link didn’t work. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first, since order emails sometimes land there. If it isn’t there, log in and go to My Account → Downloads, where every book you’ve bought stays available. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll send it straight over.
What exactly do I get when I buy a book?
A printable PDF, usually 40 pages, sized for both US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4. You download it instantly and print at home as often as you like. Nothing ships, and there’s nothing to wait for.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we can’t refund a file once it’s been downloaded. If there’s something wrong with a file, tell us and we’ll fix it or replace it.
How does Nook Club work?
Members choose a set number of books each month from the full library. Claim any title you like, download it straight away, and it stays in your library for good — even if you cancel later.
Can I cancel my membership?
Any time, from your account page. You keep every book you’ve already claimed.
Can I print these for my classroom?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family, or your class. Please don’t resell or redistribute the PDF files themselves.
What paper works best?
Standard printer paper is fine for pencils. For markers or gel pens, a heavier cardstock around 100–120 gsm stops colour bleeding through to the next page.
A note on timing: we’re a small operation, so replies land within one business day rather than instantly. If your download is urgent, check My Account → Downloads first — it’s almost always there.
